Privacy Policy

GSD Unlimited is a brand of 1200 Investing LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. This policy explains what personal data GSD collects through gsdu.ai and in the course of its business relationships, how that data is used, and the choices available to the people it belongs to.

This policy does not cover personal data that GSD processes on behalf of a client while delivering services. That data stays inside the client environment and is governed by the agreement with the client and by the Data Processing Agreement between GSD and that client, which set the instructions GSD follows.

1. What Personal Data Means

Personal data is information that identifies a specific person, or that can reasonably be linked to one. A name, an email address, a phone number, a home address, and a government or account identifier are all personal data. Information about a company, and information that cannot be tied back to an individual, is not personal data.

Personal data is also commonly called personally identifiable information, or PII. This policy uses the two terms to mean the same thing.

2. What GSD Collects and Stores

GSD stores two pieces of personal data: name and email address. Nothing else is stored.

A message sent to GSD is kept in its email records for as long as it takes to respond and to keep an accurate business record. Anyone who puts additional personal data in the body of a message should know it will be stored with that message. GSD asks that sensitive personal data not be sent by email.

The company that hosts gsdu.ai keeps standard server and security logs, which can include IP addresses. Those logs sit with the hosting provider, exist to keep the site running and secure, and are not used by GSD to identify anyone.

GSD does not collect payment card or bank account numbers through the website. It does not collect Social Security numbers or other government identifiers. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies or third party trackers. It does not knowingly collect personal data from children under sixteen, and the site is not directed to children.

3. How the Data Is Used

• Responding to inquiries and following up on a request for information.

• Delivering, supporting, and administering services under a client agreement.

• Contracting, invoicing, and recordkeeping.

• Meeting legal, tax, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

GSD does not sell personal data, does not share personal data for cross context behavioral advertising, and does not use personal data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

4. How the Data Is Shared

GSD shares personal data only in these circumstances.

• Service providers. Hosting, email, document execution, accounting, and payment providers that process data on GSD instructions and are bound to protect it.

• Legal and regulatory requirements. Where disclosure is required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or a regulator with authority over GSD or its client.

• Business transfer. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

• With consent. Where the person whose data it is has asked GSD to share it.

5. Retention

GSD keeps a name and email address for as long as the relationship or inquiry is active, and afterward for the period required by tax, legal, and contractual recordkeeping obligations. Engagement records are retained for the term of the engagement plus three years unless a client agreement requires otherwise. Data that no longer serves a purpose is deleted.

6. Security

GSD maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the data it holds. These include access on a need to know and least privilege basis, multi factor authentication on business systems, encryption of data in transit, and encrypted storage on company managed devices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and GSD does not represent that its safeguards are absolute.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where a person lives, they may have the right to request access to the personal data GSD holds about them, to request correction or deletion, to request a copy in a portable format, and to appeal a decision on such a request. GSD does not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email hello@gsdu.ai. GSD will verify the request and respond within the time required by applicable law. Where GSD holds the data as a service provider on behalf of a client, GSD will refer the request to that client and assist as the client directs.

8. Where the Data Is Processed

GSD operates in the United States, and personal data it holds is processed in the United States. Anyone visiting the site from outside the United States should understand that their data will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of their own country.

9. Third Party Links

gsdu.ai may link to sites GSD does not operate. This policy does not apply to those sites, and GSD is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

10. Changes to This Policy

GSD may update this policy as its practices or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this policy reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on gsdu.ai.
