It depends on the scope. Assessment sprints run 2–4 weeks. Transformation programs typically span 3–12 months. Advisory retainers are ongoing. We'll recommend the right model during our discovery conversation.
Yes. We are a remote-first firm and work with clients across the United States. For transformation programs, we can embed on-site as needed, but the majority of our work is delivered remotely with regular check-ins and workshops.
